2025 Spring Vendor Market

We are so excited to have you at our 2025 Spring Vendors Market!

These seasonal events are popular among our customers and are a perfect opportunity for you to showcase your items. We will be emailing to over 3,500 people and promoting on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Point of Contact for Setup is Laurie. We will send all vendor location assignments within two days of the event. If you receive a confirmation email from your signup you are on the map.

Guidelines/Requirements:

1) Each event is held outside on the grounds rain or shine. No refunds for cancellations and you cannot transfer to sell your space to someone without prior approval. Please bring your own tent, tables and necessary setup. This includes weights and sides for your tents if you need them.

2) You must immediately unload for setup but then move your vehicle to designated vendor parking as shown on map. No Exceptions. There will be many vendors attempting to setup and customer parking is where you will be unloading.

3) Set up time is from 8:30am - 9:30am - Ready to sell at 10am.

4) Show ends at 4pm. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE may you break down before 4pm as this is not fair to the other vendors.

5) We have wifi, BUT no guarantee it will be accessible outside.

Most importantly, practice safety. We want everyone to feel welcome and safe!
